About Dash for De'Jah Foundation
Our Story
Our Mission
The foundation was created in honor of De'Jah Robinson, a devoted student-athlete and Kinesiology major at the University of Hawaii. De'Jah was a standout track and field athlete, a spiritual leader in the teen ministry at SFBICC and a passionate advocate for faith and physical well being. Her life was tragically cut short at the age of 2
The foundation was created in honor of De'Jah Robinson, a devoted student-athlete and Kinesiology major at the University of Hawaii. De'Jah was a standout track and field athlete, a spiritual leader in the teen ministry at SFBICC and a passionate advocate for faith and physical well being. Her life was tragically cut short at the age of 22 due to a rare undiagnosed condition known as Systemic Capillary Leak Syndrome (SCLS)

Inspired by De'Jah Robinson's legacy, we are committed to addressing health care disparities in underserved communities and empowering the next generation to thrive spiritually, physically, and emotionally.

Each year during De'Jah's birthday weekend, we honor her life and legacy through our annual 5k run. Our approach is rooted in the belief that by bringing participants together in this way , we not only celebrate De'Jah's memory, but also continue the meaningful work she inspired.
